Scope of work
The investment fund Stoneweg, through its hospitality division, operates a restaurant group under its own brand, Belbo Collection, with locations in Barcelona and Madrid. As part of its restructuring and consolidation plan, FDV has conducted a comprehensive business audit of the sales points and organizational structure, including the departments of administration, human resources, purchasing, commercial, and marketing. Following the audit, a collaboration in interim management has been initiated to guide the group through the transition process until the search and integration of a new partner for business operations.
